Zipair Surfboard Fees

Surfboards are accepted on Zipair upon payment of the Sports Equipment fee - the fee depends on the origin and destination of your flight, as well as on the length of your surfboard bag (less than 200 cm, or longer than 200 cm).

A maximum of 5 pieces of checked luggage may be checked-in on ZIPAIR, including suitcases and sports equipment.

The following fees are for flying with a surfboard on Zipair in a boardbag shorter than 200 cm.

Seoul - Narita - 66,000 won
Narita - Bangkok - 6,000 yen
Bangkok - Narita - 1,800 baht
Narita - Singapore - 6,000 yen

ZIPAIR Surfboard Fees (longer than 200 cm) by Route
The following fees are for flying with a surfboard on Zipair in a boardbag longer than 200 cm.

Narita - Bangkok - 9,000 yen
Bangkok - Narita - 2,800 baht
Narita - Singapore - 9,000 yen
Singapore - Narita - 109 Singapore Dollar

Honolulu - Narita - 100 US dollars
Narita - San Jose - 13,000 yen
San Jose - Narita - 118 US dollars
Narita - Los Angeles - 13,000 yen
Los Angeles - Narita - 118 US dollars

Please check the maximum dimensions of your surfboard bag against the following table, with maximum width and height depending on the length of your board bag.

Example 1: If the length is 254 cm or less and the height is 91 cm or less, sports equipment with a width of 76 cm or less can be checked in.
