Only one item of unregistered baggage shall be allowed per passenger.
The maximum allowed weight of unregistered baggage is 6 kilograms per passenger. The maximum allowed dimensions of unregistered baggage are 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm (the total dimensions may not exceed 115 cm under any circumstances).
Hand baggage that does not satisfy the above conditions must be specified as registered baggage at check-in.
Pushchairs are always transported in the hold of the aircraft. They have to be given a baggage label at check-in, but can remain in the possession of the passenger until the time of boarding.
Thomas Cook Belgium passengers are allowed up to 20kg/44lbs of checked luggage. The only exception is for vacations longer than 22 days, when 30kg is allowed.

Your luggage from Thomas Cook Airlines may have a weight of a maximum of 20 kg (25 kg for Premium customers).
Passengers flying in Premium Service are allowed to travel with main luggage weighing maximum 25 kg instead of 20 kg.
Passengers who fly during the winter season (from November until March) and stay at the holiday destination for more than 22 days, are allowed to take 30 kg of main luggage on their flight. This is extra weight is allowed on a large number of destinations, please don't hesitate to contact our Contact Center for details.
The maximum allowed weight of registered baggage depends on the air carrier that provides the flight concerned, and shall be stated on the travel document. In any case, the allowed weight shall be at least 15 kilograms per passenger. For flights provided by the air carrier THOMAS COOK AIRLINES BELGIUM N.V., it shall be 20 kilograms per passenger. A payment must be paid for the transport of extra weight above the stated allowed weight when checking in.

In the event of excess baggage, you shall have to pay a surcharge per kilogram at the check-in counter of the airline.
If you wish to take along sports luggage (diving equipment, golf bag, bicycle, etc.) or if you require special assistance (wheelchair users, unaccompanied minors, etc.), then you must always inform us of this situation. The transport of sports equipment has to be expressly accepted by THOMAS COOK AIRLINES BELGIUM N.V. beforehand. The request to this end must be made in good time to TCRB N.V. online via the specially provided form, and at the latest 72 hours before the departure of his flight.
Wheelchairs and Pushchairs
A wheelchair and a children's pushchair are extra baggage for which there is no surcharge. A pushchair/wheelchair or a stroller can be brought as far as the entrance of the plane and is then stored in the baggage compartment.
Your pet, too, must fulfil the required travel formalities. Ask your vet for information in good time. If you are travelling to a country outside the European Union, you would do best to contact the embassy or consulate of the destination country.
You can only take a dog or cat. If they weigh less than 6 kg, the number allowed in the cabin will be restricted. The animal must be in a specially designed "cage". Animals weighing more than 6 kg must travel in the baggage compartment.
