Checked Baggage Summary

There is no free checked baggage allowance on Jetstar flights; you must pay for every bag to be checked in. It is possible to buy an allowance of 15-40kg in 5kg increments. The rate is dependent on when you buy it, as well as the route you are flying.

We always recommend you buy the checked baggage allowance ahead of time on the website. They will give you a much better rate than when paying at the airport.

Only Business Class passengers are allowed up to 30kg of checked baggage free of charge.
