You may take one piece of hand baggage with you on board, no larger than 55x35x25cm (21x14x10 inches).
In addition to this, you can bring on board a handbag, a coat, a laptop computer, a camera and a shopping bag with tax-free items. The total weight of your hand baggage, including these items, must not exceed 10 kg (22 lbs). If this allowance is exceeded, passenger will be charged as if travelling with extra baggage.
Infants: Children under 2 years old are not entitled to the above baggage allowances except when a seat has been booked for them.

Each passenger is allowed to check in, free of charge, one suitcase of baggage weighing no more than 20 kg (44 lbs). This baggage limit is non-transferable between flight legs or passengers. Pre-order is available online, or by contacting our call center, with up to 20% discount. Please note that the preorder has to take place at least 24 hours prior to departure and that this fee is not refundable even if the service isn't used.

Overweight and Excess Baggage fees are applied for exceeding your 20kg/44lbs limit. It is recommended to pay for your excess baggage online or through the Iceland Express call center, as there is a discount of about 20% when compared to the rate at the airport.+ Show Full Policy
If you travel from Reykjavík (KEF) airport with bags that are larger than 90x50x60 cm or heavier than 32 kg, the baggage will need to be loaded on either the oversized luggage conveyor belt or trolley for transportation to the aircraft. If the baggage is larger than 150x80x80 cm or heavier than 50 kg, the trolley may only be used. Additionally, baggage over 50 kg may be refused transportation at the airport.
Please be advised that there may be additional charges and oversized baggage may be refused transportation at other airports as well.
