Checked Baggage Summary

On international routes, a piece concept applies. Economy passengers are always allowed 2 bags weighing up to 23kg/50lbs each. First and Business Class passengers may bring 2 checked bags of 32kg/70lbs each.

On domestic routes, these limits are lowered to a single checked bag for each passenger. Economy tickets are allowed 23kg/50lbs, whereas First and Business Class tickets allow for 32kg/70lbs.

Excess/Oversize/Overweight Summary

All oversize, overweight and excess baggage is charged a flat fee, depending on the origin and destination of your flight. Keep in mind that no bag may weigh more than 32kg/70lbs each.

The excess baggage fees can be paid directly to EgyptAir while checking in at the airport.
