We strongly advise that additional insurance be purchased for all fragile articles including sporting equipment. Baggage should be designed to protect its contents and packed accordingly to prevent damage in the course of normal handling.

Babies
Babies are accepted once they have reached 7 days of age: please note some countries still require passport / birth certificates for entry. Strollers are accepted as a courtesy.

There are special rows on each aircraft that are equipped for lap-held infants and children, we therefore ask that you advise your travel counselor at the time of booking if you are traveling with an infant so that you can be seated appropriately.

Spanish Civil Aviation Safety regulations do not permit children or infants to be seated at emergency exit rows.

Disabled People
Persons with disabilities are permitted to choose the seats considered most appropriate to their needs and in compliance with Portuguese Civil Aviation Safety regulations.

We do suggest that requests for seating or other services be made in advance of the flight by advising your travel agent at least 48 hours prior to flight departure of your special needs.

Wheelchairs and aids to mobility are accepted as a courtesy. Wherever possible, the passenger would use their own wheelchair up to the door of the aircraft from which point it would be stowed in the hold. On arrival, every attempt is made to have the personal wheelchair available at the door depending on the airport of operation.

ORBEST is not able to accept wheelchairs or mobility aids with spill-able (wet) batteries.

Dogs for those with visual or auditory disabilities are accepted on board with a harness. In order to give the dog space, a bulkhead row, window seat would normally be assigned.
