Windsurf Equipment is allowed on Boliviana de Aviacion flights within the standard baggage allowance, and your board bag replaces one of your regular checked bags in your allowance.
If your board bag exceeds the allowed weight allowance for your route, you will be charged the standard overweight baggage fee, which depends on your route.
