AHA! Airlines allows one small personal item free of charge on-board the plane. A larger "carry-on" item will cost you $30, whether paid online are at the airport..

A larger carry-on item that fits into the overhead bin will incur a cost of $30 if paid online or via the call-centre, or $30 at the airport. This bag may need to be gate-checked depending on how much space is available on board. If so, your bag will be specially tagged and collected planeside as you board. On arrival, it will be returned within 5 minutes of deplaning either on the ramp or in the jet bridge.
The Carry-On/Gate-Check Bag must be smaller than 22” L x 14"W x 9”H (56 cm x 35 cm x 22 cm) and weigh no more than 30 pounds (15 kg).
All guests guests may also bring onboard a coat, jacket, and/or umbrella, as well as food or drink for consumption during the flight, free of charge.
Special items such as strollers, wheelchairs, child safety seats, or assistive devices may also be carried onboard and do not count toward your carry-on limit.
AHA! Airlines Checked Baggage Fees 2023 - Checked Bag Weight & Size Limits
AHA! Airlines charges a checked baggage fee of $30 for your first checked bag, and $50 for a second bag. For now this is the same fee regardless if booked and paid for online, by phone, or at the airport - however, in the future it is likely that it will be cheaper to pre-book your checked baggage with AHA! before arriving at the airport.
Your checked baggage on AHA! Airlines must not weigh more than 50 lbs (23 kg), and is limited in size to 62 linear inches (L+H+W).
AHA! Airlines Overweight Baggage Fee 2023 - Extra Bag Fee - Oversize Baggage
Excess Baggage on AHA! Airlines will cost you $100 per bag, from the 3rd bag onward. The bag is still limited to 50 lbs (23 kg) and 62 linear inches.
If you exceed the weight limit of 50 lbs (23 kg), the AHA! Airlines Overweight Fee of $50 will be charged at the airport.
Likewise, exceeding the size dimensions of 62 linear inches (L+W+H) will also incur a $50 AHA! Airlines Oversize Baggage Fee.
Baggage more than 80 inches (Maximum Outside Linear Dimensions or 203 cm) and/or Baggage weighing more than 70 pounds (32 kilograms) will not be accepted
