For the convenience of passengers in the cabin, every passenger has a right to carry personal belongings as hand luggage. Such as:
A handbag or briefcase
A folder for papers
Umbrella
Walking stick
A bouquet of flowers
Outerwear
Publications to read on the flight
Baby food for the child during the flight
Mobile phone
Camera
Camcorder
Laptop computer
A holdall
And infant cot during transportation of the child
Crutches, stretchers, or wheelchair for passengers with limited mobility

For the safety of aircraft, cabin (hand) baggage allowed for each passenger can weigh up to 5 kg and with dimensions not more 55x40x20cm. Hand luggage is included in the free baggage allowance.
Free baggage allowance is permitted as following:
No more than 40kg for 'business' class passengers and high comfort zone;
No more than 20 kg for "economy" class passengers on flights of local lines;
No more than 20 kg for "economy" class passengers on central routes.
The size of one piece of checked baggage must not exceed 50x50x100cm.
If size and weight of your luggage exceeds the free baggage, when you purchase your ticket you need to book and pay for the transportation of the excess baggage. If you have not done, excess baggage will be transported only in case of technical capabilities, without which you may be denied boarding.
