AZUL Domestic Flights Carry-On Rules
There is no fee for the carry-on bag. The weight limit is 10kg and the sum of the width, height and depth measurements should be less than 155cm. In the carry-on luggage you can have documents, money, medicine, keys and electronics such as cell phones, cameras, laptops, tablets, etc. Please note, hoverboards are not allowed.
AZUL International Flights Carry-On Rules
For non-checked baggage there are also rules on size and weight: the weight limit is 5 kilos (11 lbs) and the size should not exceed 115 cm (48.2 in.) Please note, hoverboards are not allowed.

AZUL Domestic Flights Checked Baggage Allowance
AZUL offers two fare-types on Domestic flights: Azul and Mais Azul. The Mais Azul fare includes 23kg/50lbs of free checked luggage. With the basic Azul fare, there is no free checked baggage allowance, and the first bag of 23kg/50lbs must be purchased for R$50 online, or for R$60 at the airport.

AZUL Domestic Overweight Baggage Fee
With a basic Azul fare, you may purchase a basic baggage allowance of 23kg/50lbs for R$50, or R$60 if purchasing at the airport. If your bags weigh more than the allowed 23kg, a per kilo charge will apply. The rate of the per kilo charge depends on the origin and destination of your flight, ranging from R$6 to R$30 per KG.
AZUL International Overweight Baggage Fees
When flying with AZUL, it is possible to purchase additional checked baggage allowance online at a reduced rate. You may purchase up to a maximum of 3 additional bags.
