Aerolineas Argentinas states on their website that Windsurfing Equipment "will not be accepted and will have to be sent via Aerolíneas Cargo."
However, under Aerlineas Argentinas's definition of kitesurf gear, it includes "A board, a kite, a boom, and a unique packing mast", which sounds like the definition of a windsurfer. [AMZ asins='B07WSRXMS8,3903038180,3937323228,B00JE3E028']
If you are determined to take your windsurf gear on Aerolineas Argentinas, your options are either to claim it is Kitesurfing gear, or pass it off as a surfboard, which is allowed at a maximum length of 300cm, within which your windsurf equipment should easily fit. In either case, you will be charged the Sports Equipment fee, as follows:
Aerolineas Argentinas Surfboard/Kitesurf Fees
Within Argentina - $ 1.200 ARS
Within South America - $50 USD
South America to/from USA/Europe - $100 USD / EUR
