EasyJet only allows to add a single item of sports equipment per passenger, so if flying with a boardbag and quiverbag, it should be possible to purchase a Large Sports Equipment for the boardbag (32 kg), and a regular piece of baggage (23 kg) for the quiver bag, which will offer a total of 55 KG for all of your gear.
If purchasing standard baggage and sports equipment, the exact distribution of weight between baggage items doesn't matter, subject to the maximum weights (32 kg per item) for health and safety reasons.
