Your windsurf set may include 1 board, 1 mast, 1 boom, 1 sail, 1 gear bag - the maximum weight should not exceed 32 kg / 70 lbs, and it is limited in size to a maximum of 300 cm long.
You must register your windsurf gear with Air Belgium at least 48 hours before your flight, to reserve room for it in the cargo hold.
If flying with Air Belgium, you may try to save some money by registering a surfboard rather than windsurfing equipment - the same size and weight limits apply (300 cm, max 32 kg), but it is half the price - 100 EUR online, or 150 EUR at the airport when paid in cash (175 EUR with credit card).
