Your Kitesurfing Equipment is not included in your regular checked baggage, and must be purchased separately as a piece of Surfboard/Kitesurf baggage on the Norse Airways website. Unfortunately, the Surfboard/Kitesurf baggage fee is more than than Norse's standard Sports Equipment Fee. You can try to pre-purchase the cheaper generic "Sports Equipment" allowance and pass of your kite gear as a set of golf clubs, although you risk getting charged the Kite/Surfboard fee at the airport.

Norse Airways Generic Sports Equipment Fee 2023
Sports equipment (23kg / 50lbs): Online - During Booking - $100
Sports equipment (23kg / 50lbs): Online - After Booking - $120
Sports equipment (23kg / 50lbs): At Airport - $145
Your kitesurf gear is limited to a maximum weight of 23kg / 50lbs, otherwise an overweight charge of $18 per KG will be charged, up to a maximum total weight of 32 kg / 70 lbs. No item weighing more than than 32 kg / 70 lbs will be accepted.
Dimensions of your kitesurf bag are limited to no larger than 250 x 79 x 112 cm / 98 x 31 x 44 in (L x H x W), with the total dimensions not to exceed 320 cm. If the total dimensions of L+W+H do not exceed 250 cm / 98 inches, you will not need to pre-notify the airline about your kite bag, although we still recommend it. If total dimensions are greater than 250 cm, you MUST notify Norse Airways at least 48 hours before your flight in order for your kite gear to be accepted at check-in.
