AHA! Airlines will accept your golf bag as a piece of standard checked baggage, and regular checked baggage fees ($30 first bag, $50 2nd bag, $100 extra bag) will apply.

AHA! Airlines states that they will accept golf bags (including clubs, balls and shoes) in a hard-sided golf bag carrying case provided capable of withstanding normal baggage
handling without sustaining damage to the contents. Hooded golf bags or golf bags in a soft-sided carrying case will also be accepted as a normal check bag with a limited liability waiver.
Golf bags larger than 80 inches (Maximum Outside Linear Dimensions or 203 cm) and/or weighing more than 70 pounds (32 kilograms) will not be accepted.
