GOL Airlines no longer officially accepts windsurfing equipment as checked baggage.
It may be possible to check it in claiming to be a Stand-Up Paddle board, as SUP boards are allowed and included in the regular checked baggage allowance. [AMZ asins='B07WSRXMS8,3903038180,3937323228,B00JE3E028']
In this case, all standard regular baggage fees may apply for the "SUP" bag. Weight is limited to 23 kg / 50 lbs, and a fee of $15 USD / KG applies if exceeding that weight. Be sure to contact GOL Airlines for approval ahead of time.
Your only other option is to transport your windsurf gear with GOLLOG Cargo, although this may be prohibitively expensive. Consider flying with another airline such as LATAM.
