Porter Airlines will accept one bag of hockey equipment and two hockey or lacrosse sticks per passenger. This will count as a single piece of checked baggage.

One helmet
One puck/ring/football/stick
One set of pads
One pair of cleats, shoes or skates
Your hockey equipment bag will be exempted from the $100 oversize fee as long it is transporting equipment only. Otherwise, the oversize fee will apply.
Be sure to note that your hockey bag is still subject to applicable checked baggage and overweight fees.
How to pack your hockey bag on Porter Airlines
Hockey sticks must be taped together or in a hockey stick travel bag and packed separately from hockey equipment.
Hockey equipment bags must not contain any clothing.
