If exceeding Allegiant's 50 lbs weight limit with your golf bag, you will be charged a $50 overweight fee as long as the golf bag weighs between 50-70 lbs / 23-32 kg. Golf bags weighing between 70-100 lbs (32-45 kg) will be charged an additional $75 fee.
Packing and Protecting your Golf Clubs for Air Travel
Be sure to securely pack your golf clubs to avoid damage to your golf equipment. We recommend protecting your golf clubs with a BagBoy Backbone Travel Support Rod or a CaddyDaddy North Pole Golf Club Protector or similar golf club protector to keep your clubs from getting bent while in transit.
