Air New Zealand will accept your archery equipment free of charge, as part of your regular free checked baggage allowance, in lieu of a regular suitcase. This is as long as your archery case is less than 2.00 meters, and weighs less than 23 kg / 50 lbs.

If weighing more than 23 kg / 50 lbs, Air New Zealand's standard Overweight Baggage fee will apply. If your archery case is longer than 2.00 m in length, an Oversize Baggage fee will also apply.
