SCUBA Diving gear is not included in your regular checked baggage allowance, and must be purchased separately as a piece of Sports Equipment baggage on the Norse Airways website. Otherwise, a "Bulky Item" fee may be charged at the airport, which is much more expensive than the Sports Equipment fee.

Sports equipment (23kg / 50lbs): Online - During Booking - $100
Sports equipment (23kg / 50lbs): Online - After Booking - $120
Sports equipment (23kg / 50lbs): At Airport - $145

Your SCUBA gear bag is limited in weight to the standard 23kg / 50lbs, and an overweight fee of $18 per KG will be charged if it is heavier. The total maximum weight is limited to 32 kg / 70 lbs.
You do not need to pre-notify the airline about your SCUBA gear, as long as the total dimensions of L+W+H do not exceed 250 cm. If total dimensions are greater than 250 cm, you MUST notify Norse Airways at least 48 hours before your flight in order for it to be accepted.
