Air Europa Windsurfing Fees and Policies

Air Europa accepts windsurfing equipment for a flat fee depending on the origin/destination of your flight. Your windsurfing gear is not included as part of your regular checked baggage allowance.

Windsurfing board bags on Air Europa are limited to a maximum length of 250cm. Air Europa does not provide a specific weight limit on windsurfing board bags, so you may be charged an overweight fee if your board bag weighs more than 23 kg / 50 lbs, depending on your luck at the check-in counter. The prices for windsurfing equipment within Europe are a bit more expensive than other airlines, but still acceptable. However, for long-haul flights the prices are quite expensive, and you should consider flying with a different airline.
