SWISS Airlines will accept your kayak, but not for free. A kayak is classified as "Large" sports equipment, meaning that a fee will be charged for it's transport.

You MUST register your Kayak before your flight - you can do so until up to 24 hours before departure. It is no longer possible to register your sports equipment with less than 24 hours to go before departure.
