Iberia Airlines Bike Fees and Policies

Iberia Airlines accepts single-seat non-motorized bicycles as checked luggage on all flights. Electric or e-bikes are not permitted.

When packing your bike, please fold down the handlebars, remove the pedals, take the air out of the wheels and pack it into a sturdy bike box or bike bag specifically designed for air travel.

Iberia offers cardboard bike boxes for 20 EUR, available at select airports in Europe (A Coruña, Barcelona, Florence, Jerez, Madrid, Milan (Linate and Malpensa), Montevideo, Rome, Santander, Sao Paulo, Venice and Vigo). Availability may vary.
