British Airways will accept a non-motorised bicycle, with maximum dimensions of 190 x 95 x 65 cm, provided it is packed properly into a recognised bicycle bag/box.
Please ensure that you:
Pack the bike in a protective case or bag
Remove the pedals or fix them inwards
Fix the handlebars sideways
Deflate the tyres to reduce the risk of damage

Your bicycle will be accepted as part of your regular free checked luggage allowance, or will be charged as a regular suitcase (BA's standard checked baggage fees will apply) if you have reached your checked baggage allowance or are flying on an Economy Basic fare.
Smaller aircraft have limited space for bikes in the luggage hold, so it is best to notify the airline in advance that you will be flying with a bicycle.
Your bike must be packed into a heavy-duty bike bag, padded case, or hard-shell bike box.
