SCUBA Equipment is accepted on Brussels airlines as part of your regular free checked baggage allowance.

SCUBA equipment can be accepted free of charge if they do not exceed the free baggage allowance in number of pieces or weight. In case, the free baggage allowance is exceeded in number of pieces or weight, following special rates do apply per flight.
SCUBA equipment exceeding your free baggage allowance will be accepted for a fee of €50/CHF60/$70 within Europe and for €100/CHF120/$130 on Intercontinental flights. Save by booking and paying your sports equipment fee in advance via the online Brussels Airlines Service Centre, you will only pay €45/CHF55/$65 per one-way on European flights.
